Well One-Piece is pretty much over in america since 4kids stoped dubbing it. Mainly because they had to edit so much of it to make it a kids show. The Japanese representatives "were apparently disgusted at some of the plot changes (namely dealing with the certain death of a certain character, involving dungeons), and would make sure to talk Toei about it (this happened several months before 4Kids announced their halting of the dub, apparently)." But Toei wants to dubing to continue but not with 4kids. Maybe this time they won't edit so much.
